*Request for HUST Pre-admission Letter

To whom issue HUST Pre-admission Letter 

1. HUST Pre-admission Letter is issued by the Admission Team of the International Student Office to help support your scholarship/sponsorship application to the other authorities in your home country, such as:

- the dispatching authority in your home country while applying for the Chinese Government Scholarship – Bilateral Program.

- the authority in your home country responsible for sponsoring your further study in China

2. Candidates who have received financial support or scholarships are welcome to contact us for the HUST Pre-admission Letter  to complete your application procedures.

note:

Applicants for Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program (CUP) should not request the Pre-admission Letter for submitting back to HUST.

Documents Required for Pre-admission

1. Highest diploma or degree certificate; or an official Certificate of Enrollment for those still studying at in school;

2. Official transcript ;

3.Acceptance Letter froma professor/associate professor of HUST(Graduate students only),you will need to contact your favorite instructor/professor in advance to get an acceptance letter.

4.Qualification Certificate or Award Letter for Chinese Government Scholarship issued by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate (if available).

How to get an acceptance letter？

*Please click Faculty and Professors’ Information for your reference，then you need to send your CV with the name of your favorite instructor/professor，research proposal，personal statement to our E-mail： isosc@hust.edu.cn. Once you have double-selected with your instructor, we will contact you in time.
